Character IP
AMOSKARMOS

No two are the same.
A character born from chaos
The world is becoming more organized. Rules, systems, standards, algorithms, categories, expectations. Everything has a place, everything has a format, everything is designed to become predictable. AmosKarmos refuses to fit. It was born as a response to a world that often feels chaotic, controlled, and unfairly structured, not as an escape from reality, but as a protest against the idea that everything has to follow the same system.
No standard model
There is no original AmosKarmos, no perfect version, no standard shape. Every AmosKarmos is allowed different proportions, materials, colours, expressions, and personalities. One is soft, another metallic, another completely strange. And that is the point. Difference is not a defect. Difference is the identity.
Designed without a system
Most products are designed to be replicated: same shape, same specifications, same packaging, same experience. AmosKarmos takes the opposite approach. The system does not define the character; the character defines itself. Its form, its surface, its universe, and its story can all change. There is no single formula telling AmosKarmos what it should become.
Every character is a different statement
Because there is no fixed blueprint, a collaboration does not simply change the character's clothes. It can change its entire identity. A fashion partner might transform its surface, a technology partner its body, an artist its whole form, a new material a new species. The collaboration becomes part of the character's evolution, which is what makes the IP a platform rather than a mascot.
The AmosKarmos universe
There is no single reality, there are infinite ones. The first three are shown here: a plush rainbow figure in a surreal felt landscape, a shaggy red creature on a chrome planet, and a painted teardrop on a tropical street. A field of impossible flowers, a futuristic city, a world made entirely from fabric could come next. Every universe represents another possibility, because possibility is the opposite of control.
Not a toy. Not a logo.
AmosKarmos is a character, but underneath the character is an idea: you don't have to become what the system expects you to become. It is a celebration of individuality, a rejection of uniformity, and a playful response to a world that sometimes takes itself too seriously.
Born from chaos. Made without a system. Never the same twice.
