Store concept

A multi-brand store concept that treats the counter as a welcome, not a checkout. Multilingual signage, an open service island, and a calm material palette were designed so that first-time visitors understand the space in seconds.
The concept started from a shopper truth: people decide whether to stay in a store within the first few metres. Wayfinding, staff position, and product density were tuned around that moment rather than around category adjacency.
